Chelsea: Maresca reveals what’s to blame for Gallagher sale as head coach demands ‘rule change’

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has revealed his personal opinion on Conor Gallagher s imminent move to Atletico Madrid as he demands a rule change .
